True Grit Performance offers multiple monthly training programs for Snocross athletes to elevate their career to the next level
“I always wanted a trainer who truly knew the sport that I was in. I wanted someone who did it. This is my chance to give back to the sport that has done so much for me.”
THE ELITE PLAN:
One on one race day coaching with Jake focusing on strengths and weaknesses during the event. (national races only)
Pre and post snocross race weekend calls on strategy, takeaways, positives, negatives, concerns, etc. to improve and excel.
Winter time physical training routines written by Jake Yurk to meet your specific needs.
Mental Performance tips/routines.
Nutrition tips for optimal performance and recovery.
Film analysis to improve skills on the track.
THE package to take your performance to the next level.
Open to transition/junior classes, Sport light, Sport classes.
